3-) SurucuCV.com to prepare resumes free of charge on the Portal for Individual Users, to apply to the advertisements on the Portal with the resume they have prepared and / or other information they have entered into the system, to be informed about the job advertisements that interest them and to benefit from other opportunities announced by the surucuCV.com.
4-)Individual Users declare and undertake that all information they enter into the Portal is correct, up-to-date and belongs to them. Any responsibility that may arise due to the fact that the information entered into the Portal by the Individual Users is incomplete, incorrect or belongs to another third party belongs to the Individual Users who enter information on the Portal
5-) Individual Users are obliged to act in accordance with Turkish law, other legislation and general moral rules while using the Portal
6-) SurucuCV.com may deactivate the membership of the Individual User without prior notice if any of the following reasons are found

- In the event that it is determined that the information entered by the Individual User into the Portal is not accurate and / or up-to-date
- In the event that it is determined that the Individual User has made information or statements to the Portal contrary to Turkish law or general morality

- In the event that it is determined that the Individual User uses or attempts to use the information contained in the Portal other than for the purpose subject to this contract,
- In the event that it is determined that Individual Users share their information such as e-mail address and password used when entering the Portal with third parties,
- In the event that it is determined that the Individual User has taken actions or attempted to threaten the general security of the Portal and the confidentiality of other users' information,
7-) SurucuCV.comdoes not guarantee the accuracy of the information of Individual Users or members advertising on the Portal or is not responsible for checking the accuracy. However, if the SurucuCV.com finds that the information contained in the Portal does not comply with the requirements of Articles 4 and 5 of this Agreement, it may delete, correct or exercise its rights listed in Article 6. The information contained in the portal belongs exclusively to the persons or institutions that register in the system

10-) The Individual User may allow the information added to the system to be shared with third parties or members registered on the Portal.
