2-) Individual User refers to real persons who use Surucucv.com individually, without paying any fee.
3-) Secretcv.com gives Individual Users the right to prepare a resume on the Portal free of charge, to apply to the postings on the Portal with the resume they have prepared and/or other information they have entered into the system, to be informed about job postings relevant to them and to benefit from other opportunities announced by Secretcv.com. .
4-)Individual Users declare and undertake that all the information they enter into the Portal is accurate, up-to-date and their own. All liability that may arise due to the information entered into the Portal by Individual Users being incomplete, inaccurate or belonging to another third party belongs to the Individual Users who enter the information into the Portal.
5-) Individual Users are obliged to act in accordance with Turkish law, other legislation and general moral rules when using the Portal.
6-)Surucucv.com may disable the membership of an Individual User without prior notice if any of the following reasons are found:
- If it is determined that the information entered by the Individual User on the Portal does not belong to him/her,
- If it is determined that the information entered by the Individual User into the Portal is not accurate and/or up-to-date,
- If it is determined that the Individual User has entered information or statements into the Portal that are contrary to Turkish law or general morality
- Non-resume information of the Individual User to the Portal; In case of entering private or general announcements, advertising information or membership sales requests,
- If it is determined that the Individual User uses or attempts to use the information on the Portal for purposes other than the purpose subject to this agreement,
- If it is determined that Individual Users have shared their information such as the e-mail address and password they use to enter the Portal with third parties,
- If it is determined that the Individual User takes actions or attempts to threaten the general security of the Portal and the confidentiality of other users' information,
7-) Surucucv.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the information of Individual Users or members who advertise on the Portal or is not responsible for checking its accuracy. However, if Secretcv.com determines that the information on the Portal does not comply with the conditions in Articles 4 and 5 of this agreement, it may delete or correct the relevant information or exercise its rights listed in Article 6. The responsibility for the information on the portal belongs exclusively to the individuals or institutions that record the information into the system
8-) Surucucv.com processes the personal data of Individual Users in accordance with the Constitution, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, other legislation, the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and the Secretcv.com Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy and Personal Data Storage and Destruction. It can operate in accordance with its policy.
9-) The Individual User is aware that if he/she applies for any job posting on the Portal, the CV he/she created and other information he added to the application will be transferred to the job posting owner, and that Secretcv.com does not have any authority or responsibility over the transferred information after the information is transferred to the job posting owner. accepts and declares.
10-) The Individual User may consent to the sharing of the information he has added to the system with third parties or members registered on the Portal. If such consent is given, the relevant information may be transferred to third parties in line with the consent given.

In this case, the personal data of the Individual User is processed by anonymization in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other legislation, the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy and the Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy. Anonymised data refers to data that cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person in any way, even by matching it with other data. The data of the Individual User who has not given such consent explicitly will not be processed without the consent of the person concerned, except for those that are mandatory for the provision of the service subject to this agreement.
15-) The Individual User can give consent to be sent commercial electronic messages and can later withdraw the given consent. No commercial electronic messages will be sent to Individual Users who have not given their consent.
16-) Any data published by Secretcv.com on the Portal cannot be used without the consent of Surucucv.com
17-) The Individual User may, on his/her own initiative, make the information (personal data and/or special personal data) he/she determines in his/her CV available for public search on the internet, with his/her CV on the Portal, but during the period it remains open, his/her CV information and therefore normal and/or sensitive personal data will become public and that Secretcv.com has no responsibility or liability regarding the personal data and/or sensitive personal data transferred to the public in this way.
